FCIC Official definition

FCIC Official has the same meaning as the term "Procurement Official" in section 6 of the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act Amendments of 1988 (Pub. L. 100-679).
FCIC Official means an officer or employee of FCIC or the Risk Management Agency.
