FAUSA definition

FAUSA means Fokker Aircraft U.S.A., Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, with its principal office at Alexandria, Virginia.
FAUSA from the definition of Indemnitee (subsection 1.39 thereof) and adding "debis" in their stead. In addition, the references to "Fokker" and "FAUSA" in Section 11.2(c)(ii) of the Lease are hereby deleted and replaced with "debis".
