Faulding shall take precautions consistent with those described in Section 7(f) of this Agreement with respect to such information.
Without the prior written consent of NaPro: (i) BNP shall not sell any product containing Paclitaxel supplied by NaPro within the Exclusive Faulding Territory, and (ii) during the time in which NaPro is a supplier of Product to BNP pursuant to this Agreement or the License is in full force and effect, BNP shall not sell paclitaxel injection in the Exclusive Faulding Territory.
