Fallback Card Transaction definition

Fallback Card Transaction means a Card Transaction that takes place when a chip and PIN Card is swiped through themagstripe of the Card Acceptance Device instead of being inserted into the Card Acceptance Device to read the chip data.

  • Card Transaction means any purchase of goods and/or services or any transfer or cash advances effected by the use of a Card;

  • Required Transaction means any transaction involving a Swap that is subject to the trade execution requirement of Section 2(h)(8) of the Act.
