All junior livestock exhibitors intending to sell at the Auction must participate in the taking of Buyer Placard Photos at the time scheduled by the Junior Livestock Committee and/or Fair Management to be eligible to participate in the Auction.
Sale of Food items, drinks (soda & water) for immediate consumption is prohibited, except for those vendors already pre-approved by the Fair Management.
Fair Management shall not be responsible for accidents or losses that may occur to any exhibitors or exhibits at the Fair.
No other use than specified may be made of space, and no other products than those specified may be exhibited or sold without the consent of Fair Management.
Deposit may be in the form of cash, cashier’s check, or credit card, unless otherwise specified by Fair Management.
