Failure Quantity definition

Failure Quantity means the difference between the Contract Quantity (or any portion thereof) to be delivered or received in accordance with a Physically Settled Futures Transaction and the quantity of gas actually delivered or taken, or the quantity of Physical Power scheduled to be delivered or taken, in accordance with such Physically Settled Futures Transaction;
Failure Quantity means the difference between the Contract Quantity (or any portion thereof) to be delivered or received in accordance with a Physically Settled Futures Transaction and the quantity of the applicable commodity actually delivered or taken, in accordance with such Physically Settled Futures Transaction;
Failure Quantity means the difference between the Contract Quantity (or any portion thereof) to be delivered or received in accordance with a Physically Settled Futures Transaction and the quantity of the applicable commodity actually delivered or taken, in accordance with such Physically Settled Futures Transaction; “Failure to Deliver” means (i) in the case of a Physically Settled Gas Futures Transaction, the failure of a Seller or Exchange to make delivery of any portion of the Contract Quantity to be delivered in accordance with a Physically Settled Futures Transaction as determined by the applicable Transportation System and as more particularly set out in Schedule F, G, or J, as applicable;

  • Reportable quantity means one of the following:

  • Contract Quantity means the total number shares, contracts or other units of the Underlying Instrument that the Client is notionally buying or selling;

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.
