Failure Quantity definition
Failure Quantity means the difference between the Contract Quantity (or any portion thereof) to be delivered or received in accordance with a Physically Settled Futures Transaction and the quantity of gas actually delivered or taken, or the quantity of Physical Power scheduled to be delivered or taken, in accordance with such Physically Settled Futures Transaction;
Failure Quantity means the difference between the Contract Quantity (or any portion thereof) to be delivered or received in accordance with a Physically Settled Futures Transaction and the quantity of the applicable commodity actually delivered or taken, in accordance with such Physically Settled Futures Transaction;
