FAF definition
FAF means delivery of an Aircraft in fly-away-factory condition, flying from the place designated in Article 5 and cleared for export by Embraer.
FAF means a fixed administration fee; "MER" means a post-absorption management expense ratio; and "MF" means a management fee.
