External Representatives definition

External Representatives means the subcontractors, agents, lawyers, professional advisors, external consultants, insurers, financers or any other entity designated by a Party in relation to the Single Intraday Coupling;
External Representatives means the individual(s) or entity(ies) representing the interests or
External Representatives. : means the individual(s) or entity(ies) representing the interests or acting on behalf of the Ultra Group, regardless of any proxy or agreement, including, but not limited to, advisors, consultants, accountants, intermediary parties, lawyers and brokers, among others.

  • Personal Representatives means, following his death, the Participant’s personal representatives, or a person fulfilling a similar function in any jurisdiction;
