Exterior Maintenance definition

Exterior Maintenance means the maintenance and trimming and mowing of the grounds of the premises outside of the improvements and/or occupied or assigned with the buildings and keeping the grounds in a neat and orderly condition to include preservation of vegetation as installed.
Exterior Maintenance means the maintenance and the keeping in good working condition and appearance all buildings, pavements, including paved aircraft parking apron, taxiway and vehicle parking, security access gates and equipment, fencing, hangar doors, paint, trim and landscaping of the Leased Premises occupied or assigned with the building(s), and keeping the grounds in a neat and orderly condition to include the sanitary removal and proper disposal of trash and proper storage and removal of hazardous substances as defined in Article 17.8 herein, to and from the Leased Premises. Landscaping shall be maintained in a manner consistent with good horticultural practices, and free of unsightly conditions. Grass shall be kept trimmed and edged. Dead or dying plantings shall be removed and replaced. Vehicle parking lots and aircraft pavements shall be swept and kept free of oil and debris. Pavements shall be sealed or overlaid and re-striped as necessary. Striping changes shall meet applicable code and ADA (American’s with Disabilities Act) requirements. All exterior paint colors shall be submitted to and approved in writing by Authority prior to application and shall be consistent with the Authority’s campus paint scheme.
Exterior Maintenance includes the cleaning, maintenance, repair, replacement and keeping in good repair of the exterior surfaces of the building, windows and doors, and exterior lighting fixtures.

Examples of Exterior Maintenance in a sentence

  • None of the Collateral Agent, the Paying Agent or the Calculation Agent shall be deemed to have knowledge of a Servicer Default until a Responsible Officer thereof has received written notice thereof.

  • Borrower, its successors and assigns, shall maintain the exterior of the structures on the Property in accordance with an Exterior Maintenance Plan prepared by Borrower and approved by the Administrator in accordance with the Loan Agreement.

  • Within ten (10) business days after receipt of an invoice from Landlord, Tenant shall, as additional rent, reimburse Landlord for all costs incurred by Landlord in such Exterior Maintenance.

  • Tenant shall have the right to cause Landlord to obtain no more than three (3) competitive bids for the Exterior Maintenance from reputable independent contractors.

  • Exterior Maintenance: Costs for maintaining and repairing all exterior areas of the Property.

  • The Landlord covenants to replace the Structure of the Building at its cost (save and except to the extent such replacement is due to any act or omission of the Tenant or those for whom it is in law responsible) and to maintain, repair and replace the Common Areas and Facilities, including carrying out the Exterior Maintenance and Repair Work described in Schedule "C", and the Tenant shall pay its proportionate cost of such work as determined by the Landlord, acting reasonably.

  • The exterior of the Property shall be maintained in accordance with the Exterior Maintenance Program as described in Section 4.2 of this Agreement.

  • In the event Owners fail to maintain the exterior of the structures on the Property in accordance with the approved Exterior Maintenance Program, the City shall have the right, but not the obligation, to enter the Property, correct any violation, and hold the Owners responsible for the cost thereof, and such cost, until paid, shall constitute a lien on the Property.

  • Lessor shall in no event be liable for any consequential damages or loss of business or profits and Lessee hereby waives any and all claims for any such damages, except when such damages or loss of business or profits arise from the negligence of the Lessor or the failure to complete the Exterior Maintenance.

  • MAINTENANCE: In the Specific Terms, where it refers to Exterior Maintenance, it specifically includes maintenance of the exterior walls of the building in which the Leased Property is located, its roof, foundation and sidewalks, but does not include repair and maintenance to glass, maintenance of parking areas and snow removal, which are separately addressed.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Major maintenance means the adjustment, repair or replacement of a component or module that could affect the accuracy of a measurement.

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Maintenance work means the repair of existing facilities when the size, type or extent of such facilities is not thereby changed or increased. While “maintenance” includes painting and decorating and is covered under the law, it does not include work such as routine landscape maintenance or janitorial services.

  • Corrective Maintenance means the maintenance which is required when an item has failed or worn out, to bring it back to working order, which may also include those services necessary to partially restore, renew or strengthen an existing Department facility or system, following damage caused by use or normal wear and tear.
