Extending definition

Extending and "Extended" shall refer to an extension pursuant to Section 3.2 or Section 3.9 of existing Loans into a subsequent permissible Interest Period.
Extending means taking any actions to extend the term of a Patent, including preparing and filing requests for patent term extensions, supplemental protection certificates, pediatric exclusivity or similar protections. “Extend” and “Extension” have correlative meaning.
Extending here means defining a rule A such that for all agendas A, profiles ´J and propositions φ ∈ A, φ ∈ Opinions[DS(´J)] ⇒ φ ∈ Opinions[A(´J)].

  • In connection with any Extension Amendment, at the request of the Administrative Agent or the Extending Lenders, the Borrower shall deliver an opinion of counsel reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent as to the enforceability of this Agreement as amended by such Extension Amendment, and such of the other Loan Documents (if any) as may be amended thereby.

  • Extending the Loan or new obligations under the Loan, will not affect my duty under the Loan and I will still be obligated to pay the Loan.
