The neutral arbitrator selected to hear such Claim shall be a neutral businessperson, accountant, lawyer or judge (active or retired) who lives or works within Los Angeles or Orange County, California and is experienced in resolving disputes under acquisition agreements and who will arbitrate the Claims at a reasonable cost ("Experienced Person").
