Expenditure Limit. The Contractor shall notify the County ofOrange assigned Deputy Purchasing Agent in writing when the expenditures against the Contract reach 75 percent ofthe dollar limit on the Contract.   • Expenditure minimum means:

  • Capital Expenditure Reserve means, on an annual basis, an amount equal to $0.15 per square foot for each property owned by a Borrower or the Parent (or a Subsidiary thereof).
