Existing Salary Commitment definition
Existing Salary Commitment means Permitted Salary (other than Sponsorship Remuneration that is not Excluded Salary) in relation to which a legally binding obligation to Pay existed before 18 June 2020;

Related to Existing Salary Commitment
Unused Total Revolving Commitment means, at any time, the excess of (i) the Total Revolving Commitment at such time over (ii) the Aggregate Revolving Facility Exposure at such time.
Total Revolving Commitment means the sum of the Revolving Commitments of the Lenders as the same may be decreased or increased pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. As of the Closing Date, the amount of the Total Revolving Commitment is $250,000,000.
Incremental Term Commitments has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).
Incremental Term Commitment means, with respect to any Lender, the commitment, if any, of such Lender, established pursuant an Incremental Facility Agreement and Section 2.21, to make Incremental Term Loans of any Series hereunder, expressed as an amount representing the maximum principal amount of the Incremental Term Loans of such Series to be made by such Lender.
Extended Term Tranche as defined in Subsection 2.10(a).
