EXISTING OTS CONTRACTS definition

EXISTING OTS CONTRACTS means (a) each Retained AspenTech Contract (as defined in the Subcontract Agreement), (b) each Assigned Contract for which customer consent for assignment is not obtained until such time as such customer consent has been obtained, (c) each contract set forth on Schedule 1.1(b)(ii) to the Purchase Agreement (other than Multi-Product Agreements) and (d) any change orders to any of the foregoing agreements made in the ordinary course consistent with AspenTech's past practice.

Related to EXISTING OTS CONTRACTS

  • Existing Contracts means the existing licenses and contracts given by the Railway Administration / Authority, in relation to commercial establishments, as existing on Station Development Land, as on the date of the Agreement, and as further set out in the Schedules, which shall, for avoidance of doubt, exclude any licenses and/ or contracts in relation to any Excluded Activities and/or Railway Operational Activities;

  • Business Contracts has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.01(a)(v).

  • Construction Contracts means the contracts between Lessee and Contractors for the furnishing of labor, services or materials to the Leased Premises in connection with the construction of the Improvements.

  • Project Contracts mean a contract or contracts with respect to the acquisition and/or construction of the Improvements entered into by the Company or the Issuer.

  • Customer Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b)(ii)(A).
