Existing Franchise definition

Existing Franchise means the passenger rail franchise operated as at the date of this Agreement by the Existing Franchisee pursuant to the Existing Franchise Agreement;
Existing Franchise. Existing Franchisee" and "Existing Franchise Agreement" all as defined in Schedule 1).

Examples of Existing Franchise in a sentence

  • The termination of the Existing Management Agreement and the Existing Franchise Agreement.

  • No default has occurred and is continuing under the Existing Management Agreement or the Existing Franchise Agreement, and no circumstances exist which, with the giving of notice, the lapse of time or both, would constitute such a default.

  • There are no other management agreements, franchise agreements, license agreements or similar agreements for the operation or management of the Hotel or relating to the Brand, to which Seller is a party or which are binding upon the Property, except for the Existing Management Agreement and the Existing Franchise Agreement.

Related to Existing Franchise

  • Existing Franchise Agreement means that certain franchise license agreement between the Seller and the Franchisor, granting to Seller a franchise to operate the Hotel under the Brand.

  • New Franchise Agreement means the franchise license agreement to be entered into between Buyer and the Franchisor, granting to Buyer a franchise to operate the Hotel under the Brand on and after the Closing Date.

  • Franchise means a written contract or agreement between two or more persons whereby one

  • Franchise Agreements means (a) the Franchise Agreements set forth on Part IV of Schedule 4.01(p) hereto, and (b) any Franchise Agreement in respect of a Borrowing Base Asset entered into after the Closing Date in compliance with Section 5.01(r).

  • Franchise Agreement or “Agreement” shall mean this Agreement and any amendments or modifications hereto.
