Existing Building or Structure definition

Existing Building or Structure means a building or Structure that existed or for which a Building Permit had issued as of the date of this By-law;
Existing Building or Structure means a structure for which the “start of construction” commenced before July 3, 1978.
Existing Building or Structure means a building or structure existing as of the date of the adoption of this Bylaw;

More Definitions of Existing Building or Structure

Existing Building or Structure means a building or structure in existence at the time of imposition of the fee or a building or structure demolished not more than three years prior to the imposition of a fee.

  • Existing structure means any structure that is installed or approved for installation at the time a wireless services provider or wireless infrastructure provider provides notice to a locality or the Department of an agreement with the owner of the structure to co-locate equipment on that structure. "Existing structure" includes any structure that is currently supporting, designed to support, or capable of supporting the attachment of wireless facilities, including towers, buildings, utility poles, light poles, flag poles, signs, and water towers.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • New Building ’ means a new construction to house a complete motor vehicle as- sembly process, where that construction includes the pouring or construction of a new foundation and floor, the erection of a new frame and roof, and the instal- lation of new plumbing and electrical and other utilities;

  • Mobile home space means a parcel of land for rent which has been designed to accommodate a mobile home and provide the required sewer and utility connections.
