EXIOBASE Consortium definition

EXIOBASE Consortium means the interdisciplinary consortium of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), the Netherlands Organisation for Applied Scientific Research TNO, Sustainable Europe Research Institute (SERI), the Institute of Environmental Sciences of Universiteit Leiden (CML), 2.-0 LCA Consultants and Vienna University of Economics and Business / Institute for Ecological Economics. The EXIOBASE Consortium is hereinafter referred to as Licensor. EXIOBASE product means global, detailed Multi-regional Environmentally Extended Supply and Use / Input Output (MR EE SUT/IOT) files. The EXIOBASE product covers any version of a product that the end user has access to, either as sample files or as files for purchase. End user represents an individual or legal person using the EXIOBASE product as a single user on an individual computer. End user is hereinafter referred to as Licensee. Licensor and Licensee are hereinafter referred to individually as Party and collectively as Parties.

  • LPN means licensed practical nurse.

  • Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement means the Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement attached to the Purchase and Assumption Agreement as Exhibit 4.15B.

  • Limited Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2017/2018 Delivery Year, a difference between the clearing price for Limited Demand Resources and the clearing price for Extended Summer Demand Resources and Annual Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Extended Summer Demand Resources or Annual Resources out of merit order when the Limited Resource Constraint is binding.

  • EPFO means Employees' Provident Fund Organization

  • Contract Number means, with respect to any Contract included in the Trust, the number assigned to such Contract by the Servicer, which number is set forth in the related Schedule of Contracts.
