Exempted Listing definition

Exempted Listing means a Listing which the respective Seller has refused permission to be disseminated by NM MLS, or a Listing which is not required to be submitted to the NM MLS, in accordance with the Rules and Regulations.
Exempted Listing means a Listing which the respective Seller has refused permission to be disseminated by IMLS, or a Listing which is not required to be submitted to the IMLS, in accordance with the Rules and Regulations.
