Executive Share Plan definition

Executive Share Plan means any share plan operated mainly for the benefit of executives of the group selected at the discretion of the Board or Committee;
Executive Share Plan the Restricted Share Plan, the Logica Partners Incentive Plan, the Logica Partners Performance Multiplier Plan, the Long Term Incentive Plan, the Deferred Investment Share Plan (formerly the Executive Equity Partnership Plan);
Executive Share Plan means Trade Me’s senior management share plan with the terms set out in these Rules.
