Examples of Executive Data in a sentence
During the term of Executive’s employment, Executive shall be entitled to such number of days of paid vacation as set forth under the label “Vacation Days” on the Executive Data Sheet annexed hereto as Exhibit A, to be taken in accordance with the existing policies of the Company and past practice.
The primary person(s) that Executive reports to shall be such person(s) as set forth under the label “Reports to” on the Executive Data Sheet annexed hereto as Exhibit A.
This Agreement, together with the Executive Data Sheet annexed hereto as Exhibit A and such other employee benefits that Executive has on the Effective Date, constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, commitments, arrangements, negotiations or undertakings, whether oral or written, between the parties with respect to its subject matter.
During the term of Executive’s employment, Executive shall receive an annual base salary (the “Annual Base Salary”), which shall be paid in accordance with the customary payroll practices of the Company, at least equal to the base salary set forth on the Executive Data Sheet annexed hereto as Exhibit A.
During the term of Executive’s employment, Executive shall serve in the position set forth on the signature page hereto and shall report to the person or persons set forth on the Executive Data Sheet annexed hereto as Exhibit A.
Data Trust Member hereby grants to the Executive Data Board, the Data Governance Council and the Trustee, the right to provide oversight, facilitation and support for the Data Trust Members by conducting activities including, but not limited to, the Responsibilities identified in this Agreement.
The Trustee shall have the authority to convene the Executive Data Board.
The Executive Data Board shall be chaired by the Trustee or the Trustee’s designated representative.
To support the Data Trust and its Data Trust Members, there shall be an Executive Data Board and a Data Governance Council.
It is the Data Trust Member’s responsibility to determine the Data Trust Member-contributed Data Resource type, amount, format and content and under no circumstance shall Data Trust Member be compelled pursuant to this Agreement, nor by the Trustee, the Data Governance Council or the Executive Data Board to contribute data resources to the Data Trust other than those deemed appropriate by Data Trust Member.
