Executive Agencies definition

Executive Agencies means all state departments, offices or institutions but, for the purposes of this Contract, such definition excludes the State University of New York (SUNY) and the City University of New York (CUNY). Furthermore, such term shall not include the legislature and the judiciary organizations. For the sake of clarity, the termExecutive Agency” does not include any public benefit corporation, public authority, or local government entity.

  • Administrative Agent's Payment Office means the address for payments set forth on the signature pages hereof in relation to the Administrative Agent or such other address as the Administrative Agent may from time to time specify in accordance with Section 10.01.
