Executive Agencies definition

Executive Agencies means all state departments, offices or institutions but, for the purposes of this Contract, such definition excludes the State University of New York (SUNY) and the City University of New York (CUNY). Furthermore, such term shall not include the legislature and the judiciary organizations. For the sake of clarity, the term “Executive Agency” does not include any public benefit corporation, public authority, or local government entity.

  • Executive agency means for DoD, the Department of Defense, the Department of the Army, the Department of the Navy, and the Department of the Air Force.

The maintenance standards of owners or occupants can influence the pace of building depreciation. If one building is better maintained than other buildings in its market area, the effective age of that building may be less than its Actual Age. If a building is poorly maintained, its effective age may be greater than its Actual Age. If a building has received typical maintenance, its effective age and Actual Age may be the same.

  • Administrative Agent's Payment Office means the address for payments set forth on the signature pages hereof in relation to the Administrative Agent or such other address as the Administrative Agent may from time to time specify in accordance with Section 10.01.
