Execution Trader definition
Execution Trader means the person who is responsible for transmitting orders, executing orders or finalizing and processing the order on behalf of a Client.

Technology Transfer Agreement has the meaning given in Section 2.2(e).
Project Execution Plan means the plan referred to in Article 3.1.3(c) hereof;
Marketing Agreement means an agreement entered into, with the director, by producers, distributors, processors, or handlers pursuant to this act and binding only on those signing the agreement.
Agreement Execution Date means the date this Agreement has been fully executed and delivered by all parties hereto.
Formation Transactions means the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the other Formation Transaction Documentation.
