Execution Specialist definition
Execution Specialist means a SEF employee responsible for assisting Participants and Sponsored Participants (and any of their Supervised Persons) in entering on the SEF Orders and Transactions and receiving reports of Uncleared Block Trades.
Execution Specialist means an employee of the Company that assists Participants and Sponsored Access Firms with entering Orders in the Order Book, issuing and responding to RFQs, reporting Block Trades, communicating Indications of Interest and effecting Permitted Transactions in accordance with these Rules.
Execution Specialist means an SBSEF employee responsible for assisting Participants in entering of Orders and execution of Transactions on the SBSEF.
