Execution Report definition

Execution Report means a report on the status of the execution of Order(s) and Transaction(s) sent by the Executing Broker to the Contracted Originating Broker through the System.

  • The Depositary agrees with the Company to file such FEFTA Execution Report if required to do so under FEFTA.

  • Upon receipt of the request for payment of the balance, accompanied by the Execution Report with a clear the indication of the achieved key performance indicators, the EUIPO shall have 30 calendar days to approve or reject the Execution Report, or to require any supporting document or additional information, in accordance with the procedure mentioned in Article 25.
