Excise Tax Liabilities definition

Excise Tax Liabilities means all liabilities of the Borrowers in respect of excise taxes imposed on any Petroleum Product which, as of the relevant date of determination, remain unpaid.

Related to Excise Tax Liabilities

  • Tax Liabilities means all liabilities for Taxes.

  • Excise Taxes see Section 5.1.

  • Excise Tax means the excise tax imposed by Section 4999 of the Code, together with any interest or penalties imposed with respect to such excise tax.

  • Excise Tax Act means the Excise Tax Act (Canada);

  • Actual Tax Liability means, with respect to any Taxable Year, the liability for Covered Taxes of the Corporation (a) appearing on Tax Returns of the Corporation for such Taxable Year and (b) if applicable, determined in accordance with a Determination (including interest imposed in respect thereof under applicable law).
