If the dispute persists, Contractor shall submit a written dispute notice to the Exchange Project Representative within 15 calendar days after the date of the action causing the dispute.
Contractor shall promptly, after being served with a summons, complaint, or other pleading which has been filed in any federal or State court or administrative agency, deliver copies of such document(s) to the Exchange Project Director.
No requirements can be omitted from the Specifications without the written consent of the Exchange Project Director.

The Contractor Project Manager and the Exchange Project Director shall negotiate in good faith and in a timely manner as to the price for amounts over the Maximum Amount specified in Exhibit A and the time to perform any Change Order.
Any Property furnished to Contractor shall, unless otherwise provided herein, or approved in writing by the Exchange Project Director, be used only for the performance of its obligations under and subject to the terms of this Agreement.
All Change Orders must be executed by the Exchange Project Director.
If the parties are unable to reach an agreement in writing on a Change Request submitted by Contractor, the Exchange Project Director will be deemed to have rejected the Change Request.
