Exchange Instrument definition

Exchange Instrument means, in respect of each Index Currency, an instrument for future delivery of that Index Currency on a specified delivery date traded on the Relevant Exchange.
Exchange Instrument means any Futures Contract;
Exchange Instrument means, in respect of an Index Commodity, the Exchange Traded Instrument determined by paragraph 6 (Exchange Instruments) in respect of which a Closing Price is determined, and during a Recomposition Period means either the Existing Exchange Instrument or the Selected Exchange Instrument (including, for the avoidance of doubt, for the purposes of paragraph 11 (Adjustment Events)).

Examples of Exchange Instrument in a sentence

  • In the case of (i) above, if an Index Disruption Event in relation to the relevant Index Commodity or Exchange Instrument continues for the further period of five successive Exchange Business Days referred to therein, on the expiry of such period the provisions of (ii) above shall apply.

  • For the purposes of determining the relevant Exchange Instrument in respect of which a Closing Price is determined, the provisions of this paragraph shall apply.

  • The Exchange Instrument shall not be executed until 21 days have elapsed from the giving of the notice referred to in Clause 9.1. A copy of the Exchange Instrument and the Opinion shall be made available for inspection by the Noteholders.

  • Such notice shall also give details of the place in England and Wales where copies of the Exchange Instrument, the Opinion and the relevant instructions to counsel may be inspected.

  • On the execution of any Exchange Instrument, the Noteholders shall be bound to accept such loan notes of the Exchangee in exchange for the Notes.

Exchange Instrument means any new debt instrument issued by the Government of Barbados in accordance with section 5(3);

Related to Exchange Instrument

  • Mortgage Instrument means any mortgage, deed of trust or deed to secure debt executed by a Credit Party in favor of the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, as the same may be amended, modified, extended, restated, replaced, or supplemented from time to time.

  • Reference Instrument means Natural Gas (Henry Hub) Future.

  • Pledge Instruments With respect to each Cooperative Loan, the Stock Power, the Assignment of Proprietary Lease and the Security Agreement.
