Exchange Group definition

Exchange Group means Security Management Corp., a Maryland corporation ('SMC'), Victor Posner Trust No. 20, a trust organized under the laws of the State of Florida (the 'Trust'), beneficiaries of the Trust, Victor Posner ('Posner') and any person (including any individual, corporation, partnership, firm, joint venture, association, joint-stock company, trust, unincorporated organization, governmental or regulatory body or other entity) controlling, controlled by, or under common control with SMC, Posner, the Trust or beneficiaries of the Trust and the spouse, lineal descendants and other relatives or family members of Posner.
