Exchange Activity definition

Exchange Activity means business for which a Clearing Firm, FCM-Broker, Participant, Participant-Broker, is subject to the Exchange Rules, which is purportedly conducted subject to the Exchange Rules, or which should have been conducted subject to the Exchange Rules.
Exchange Activity means business for which a Clearing Firm, FCM, Participant, or other persons, is subject to the Eris Exchange Rules, which is purportedly conducted subject to the Eris Exchange Rules, or which should have been conducted subject to the Eris Exchange Rules.
Exchange Activity means business for which a Clearing Member, Trading Privilege Holder, Participant or other Person, is subject to the Cboe Digital Exchange Rules, which is purportedly conducted subject to the Cboe Digital Exchange Rules, or which should have been conducted subject to the Cboe Digital Exchange Rules.

Examples of Exchange Activity in a sentence

  • To the extent that Carequality determines that one of Applicant’s Carequality Connections has created a Threat Condition, Carequality may suspend that Carequality Connection’s ability to participate in any Exchange Activity under this Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Applicant may request that Carequality temporarily suspend Applicant’s ability to participate in any Exchange Activity under this Agreement in the event that Applicant cannot comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Applicant shall continue to incur Fees during any period of time in which Applicant is suspended pursuant to this Section or Section 5.3.
