Excess Throughput Fees definition

Excess Throughput Fees means (i) with respect to throughput of Crude Oil, the fee calculated as set forth in the Pipeline Service Order applicable to Crude Oil throughput and (ii) with respect to Refined Products, the fee calculated as set forth in the Pipeline Service Order applicable to Refined Products throughput.
Excess Throughput Fees means the fee calculated as set forth in the Pipeline Service Order.

Examples of Excess Throughput Fees in a sentence

  • The dollar amount of any Crude Shortfall Payment included in the monthly invoice described in Section 8(c) below and paid by TRMC shall be posted as a credit to TRMC’s account (the “Crude Barrels Credit”), and such Crude Barrels Credit shall be applied in subsequent monthly invoices against Excess Throughput Fees applicable to throughput of Barrels of Crude Oil during any of the succeeding three (3) Months.

  • If, during any Month, actual shipments by TRMC on the Crude Pipelines are less than the Crude MTC, then TRMC shall pay a shortfall payment to TSPC based on the Transportation Fees and Excess Throughput Fees for such Month, as set forth and calculated in the Pipeline Service Order applicable to throughput of Crude Oil (the “Crude Shortfall Payment”).

  • If, during any Month, actual shipments by TRMC on the Refined Products Pipelines are less than the Refined Products MTC, then TRMC shall pay a shortfall payment to TSPC based on the Transportation Fees and Excess Throughput Fees for such Month, as set forth and calculated in the Pipeline Service Order applicable to throughput of Refined Products (the “Refined Product Shortfall Payment”, and together with the Crude Shortfall Payment, the “Shortfall Payment”).

  • If, in the second Contract Quarter of 2018, (x) the Double Loop Aggregate Shortfall Payment is $309,600 ($1.72 multiplied by 1,000 barrels per day multiplied by 180 days) and (y) during such quarter the Company has still only paid Aggregate Excess Throughput Fees of $225,000 and no Shortfall Payment is due under the West Ladder Agreement for the second Contract Quarter of 2018, a Shortfall Payment of $84,600 shall be due under this Agreement.

  • The Lessee shall pay the Lessor all due amounts pertaining to the Excess Throughput Fees within 14 calendar days as of receiving the Lessor’s Invoice at the end of each calendar month.

  • In addition, the Volumes Report shall specifically identify the throughput at the Facilities and any Excess Throughput Fees that are payable pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Excess Throughput Fees shall accrue annually (from the first day of each Contract Year though the last day of each Contract Year), and shall be due on or before the thirtieth (30th) day following the end of each Contract Year.

Related to Excess Throughput Fees

  • Monthly Debt Service Payment Amount means, for each Monthly Payment Date, an amount equal to the amount of interest which is then due on all the Components of the Loan in the aggregate for the Interest Period during which such Monthly Payment Date occurs.

  • Monthly Service Fees means the monthly (or 1/12 of the annual fee) subscription fees paid for the affected Cloud Service which did not meet the SA SLA.

  • Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.

  • Replenishment Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).
