Excess Throughput definition

Excess Throughput has the meaning specified in Section 3.3.
Excess Throughput for any Quarter shall mean Customer’s Actual Throughput during such Quarter in excess of the Minimum Throughput Commitment.
Excess Throughput means Throughput Volume during any **********, expressed as Gross Standard Volume, in excess of ********** the Storage Volume as specified on the Variable Information Schedule.

  • In accordance with Section 3.1, the Company shall pay the Operator the applicable per-Barrel Terminaling Service Fee for any Excess Throughput.

  • The Excess Throughput Charge shall be computed monthly (starting from the first day of each Contract Year) and Lessee shall pay Lessor an amount equal to the Excess Throughput Charge less an amount equal to the cumulative sum of all Excess Throughput Charges already paid by Lessee to Lessor during such Contract Year.
