Excavated Material definition

Excavated Material means soil and rubble originating from City sewers, streets and water construction activities supplied to the Landfill by the City. In general, approximately ninety percent (90%) of the Excavated Material is smaller than thirty (30) cm/twelve (12) inches in any direction;
Excavated Material means soil, rock or other material excavated during construction or maintenance activities.
Excavated Material means material that is excavated from the work area to be removed as non-hazardous waste, or to be reused as suitable “back fill” material.

Related to Excavated Material

  • Harvested Material means the grain or fodder from crops of the Licensed Varieties grown from Seed or Retained Seed.

  • Recycled material means any material that would otherwise be a useless, unwanted or discarded material except for the fact that the material still has useful physical or chemical properties after serving a specific purpose and can, therefore, be reused or recycled.
