Event Terms definition

Event Terms means collectively all terms and conditions, regulations, directives and/or decisions, as amended from time to time, of the Event Partner, the Organiser, the Venue Operator or any other Event Authority which are applicable with respect to an Event or are binding and enforceable against Ticket Holders, Hospitality Access Pass Holders and further individuals attending the Event. Event Terms may include Hospitality Sales Regulations, Ticket Terms and/or Venue Rules.
Event Terms whenever appear in these Terms and Conditions shall mean any terms and conditions regulating the rights, liabilities and conducts of the Event Participants in their participating or purported participating in the Event which the Event Participants have to observe, perform and to comply with, including these Terms and Conditions, all terms, conditions and participation criteria which are applicable to the Event.

Examples of Event Terms in a sentence

  • Violations of any of the Event Terms and Conditions of the contract shall entitle Management to exclude an Exhibitor from the Event and seek remedies for damages caused by such violations.

  • These Terms and Conditions and/or any of the Event Terms may varied at any time.

  • Client must execute the Event Specifications, the Event Terms and Conditions and Addendum A and return the Contract and the Security Deposit (as hereinafter defined) to Padres to confirm Client’s reservation for the Event.

  • The Exhibitor and Management acknowledge these Event Terms and Conditions as the elements of the contract of participation.

  • All retail sales activities must have written approval by Management; royalties or commissions resulting from sales activity must conform with the Event Terms and Conditions.

  • Unless otherwise expressly stated, the contract total amount (“Event Fee”) set forth in the Event Terms excludes costs associated with exhibition stand fittings.

  • I will abide by the Event Terms and Conditions, as varied from time to time and will abide by directions given by Event officials.

  • To the extent permitted by law and subject to these Event Terms, the Promoter reserves the right to change, add, withdraw or substitute artists in the Event line-up, vary the advertised program, the date, the entry and exit times, the amenities, the facilities, the attractions, the entertainment, the Event Site and/or the Camp Site for the Event at its discretion without prior notification.

  • A premium charge shall apply for the inclusion of any additional area that was not previously agreed by the parties in the Event Terms (e.g. vertical booth space), calculated at fifty percent (50%) of the Event Fee, plus all applicable taxes.

  • By purchasing an Event Ticket, you agree to indemnify the Released Parties against any loss or damage any of them may suffer as a result of your wilful, negligent or reckless acts or omissions at the Event or as a result of your breach of the Event Terms.

  • Payment Terms for a Supply Point means the Payment Method and Payment Period for it;

  • Event Termination Date See Section 2(e) hereof.

  • Product Terms means the document that provides information about Products available under this Agreement. The Product Terms document is published on the Licensing Site and is updated from time to time.

  • Additional Termination Event has the meaning specified in Section 5(b).

  • Client Terminal means the MetaTrader program version 4 and/or 5, which is used by the Client in order to obtain information of financial markets (which content is defined by the Company) in real-time, to make technical analysis of the markets, make Transactions, place/modify/delete Orders, as well as to receive notices from the Company. The program can be downloaded on the Website free of charge.
