Violations of any of the Event Terms and Conditions of the contract shall entitle Management to exclude an Exhibitor from the Event and seek remedies for damages caused by such violations.
These Terms and Conditions and/or any of the Event Terms may varied at any time.
Client must execute the Event Specifications, the Event Terms and Conditions and Addendum A and return the Contract and the Security Deposit (as hereinafter defined) to Padres to confirm Client’s reservation for the Event.

A premium charge shall apply for the inclusion of any additional area that was not previously agreed by the parties in the Event Terms (e.g. vertical booth space), calculated at fifty percent (50%) of the Event Fee, plus all applicable taxes.
By purchasing an Event Ticket, you agree to indemnify the Released Parties against any loss or damage any of them may suffer as a result of your wilful, negligent or reckless acts or omissions at the Event or as a result of your breach of the Event Terms.
