Examples of Event Price in a sentence
The aggregate amount payable pursuant to the preceding sentence is referred to as the “Event Price.” The Company shall pay the aggregate Event Price to the Investor (free of any claim of subordination) no later than the third Trading Day following the date of delivery of the Event Notice, and upon receipt thereof the Investor shall deliver the original Note so repurchased to the Company.
The Company shall forthwith notify CBG and/or GCILP if as a condition of obtaining any applicable regulatory approvals, including securities regulatory and stock exchange approval, the purchase price must be an amount greater than the Triggering Event Price, and shall keep CBG and/or GCILP fully informed and allow CBG and/or GCILP to participate in any communications with such stock exchange regarding the exercise of CBG and/or GCILP’s rights under this Article 3.
In respect of each exercise of the Pre-emptive Right, the purchase price per Pre-emptive Right Security shall be equal to the Triggering Event Price; provided, however, in respect of each exercise of the Pre-emptive Right in connection with the issuance of Common Shares pursuant to the Ginkgo Agreement, the purchase price per Pre-emptive Right Security shall be equal to $16.25 per Common Share, without any setoff, counterclaim, deduction or withholding.
Failure to timely provide such written notice shall be deemed an election by the Corporation to pay the Event Price in cash.

Exit Event Price: the price per share of Common Stock paid in conjunction with any transaction resulting in an Exit Event (as determined in good faith by the Committee if any part of the price is paid other than in cash).
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Article FIFTH, the Corporation's obligation to pay the Redemption Price in respect of shares of Class A Common Stock (and to deposit or cause to be deposited with the Depositary funds pursuant to Section (c)(iii)(A)(1) of this Article FIFTH) shall be conditioned upon the Corporation's having received from Nestle or Nestle S.A. the aggregate Redemption Price or Triggering Event Price, as applicable, required to be deposited pursuant to this Article FIFTH.
The price per share for redemption following a Triggering Event shall be the Triggering Event Price (as defined below), adjusted as set forth in paragraph (C) below.

The "Option Price" shall be an amount equal to the number of Option Shares purchased multiplied by the Vesting Event Price, and shall be paid by cashier's check payable to the Company or by wire transfer of immediately available funds to an account designated from time to time by the Company for such purpose.
