Evaluation Due Date definition

Evaluation Due Date means the first day of the pay period in which the anniversary of the date the employee was hired or received a promotion, whichever is later, occurs plus 14 Days.

Examples of Evaluation Due Date in a sentence

  • Employees will receive annual performance reviews on their Evaluation Due Date.

  • Effective the first full pay period in July 2016, all employees covered by this Agreement will receive an increase of 1.5% on their Evaluation Due Date.

Related to Evaluation Due Date

  • Evaluation Date shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(s).

  • Evaluation Period bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 7.4(d)(i);

  • Determination Period means the period from and including a Determination Date in any year to but excluding the next Determination Date; and

  • Index Determination Date means, in relation to any Index, a date on which such Indexfalls to be determined in accordance with the Conditions;

  • Increased Reporting Period means the period commencing after the continuance of an Increased Reporting Event and continuing until the date when no Increased Reporting Event has occurred for 30 consecutive days.
