EUCLA definition

EUCLA means the Automation Studio™ End User Catalogue License Agreement (this document) displayed at the first installation of every Catalogue version.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions set in the EUSLMA and this EUCLA, Licensee may make reasonable number of copies of Catalogues solely for backup purposes.

  • IN CONSIDERATION OF payment of the LTUC fees and Licensee’s acceptance of all of the terms and conditions in the Automation Studio™ EUSLMA and in this EUCLA, Famic agrees to offer Licensee the maintenance support services relating to the Catalogues.

  • The EUCLA and the EUSLMA are complementary documents: the terms and conditions of this EUCLA are in addition to those expressed in the EUSLMA.

  • This EUCLA shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.

  • When the abbreviations or acronyms are redefined in this EUCLA, this later definition has precedence in its context over the ones found in the Automation Studio™ EUSLMA.

  • Except as provided in this EUCLA, Famic disclaims all expressed and/or implied warranties and conditions pertaining in any way to the maintenance support services, including without limitation, satisfactory quality, any warranty and/or condition of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose whether expressed or implied by Statute, Common Law, usage of trade, course of dealing, customs or otherwise.

  • Subject to the acceptance of all terms and conditions of the EUSLMA and this EUCLA as well as the payment of the subscription to the Catalogues’ fees (if any), Famic grants Licensee a time-limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable LTUC to use the copy of Catalogues and subject to the accompanying Documentation.

  • Except as provided in this EUCLA, Famic and its distributors and Manufacturers and Developers disclaim all expressed and/or implied warranties and conditions pertaining in any way to the Catalogues, including without limitation, satisfactory quality, infringement of Intellectual Property Rights of any third party, any warranty and/or condition of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, whether expressed or implied by statute, Common Law, usage of trade, course of dealing, customs or otherwise.

  • Licensee’s continued use of the Catalogues shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the revised EUCLA.

  • Upon termination of this EUCLA, Licensee must uninstall all installed copies of Catalogues and destroy all backup copies made.

Related to EUCLA

  • EUWA means the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018;

  • OEHHA in the amount of $750; and (2) “▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇” in the amount of $250.

  • EUMA means the “SAP Delivered Support Agreement” which sets out the terms and conditions under which SAP provides support to End Users and which will be provided by SAP on a deal by deal basis.
