Examples of EU User in a sentence

  • An EU User has the right to access their EU Personal Data and to correct, amend, limit use of or delete the EU Personal Data if the Personal Data is inaccurate or processed in violation of the DPF Principles.

  • Mosyle is not required to grant the rights to access, correct, amend and delete EU Personal Data if the burden or expense of providing access, correction, amendment or deletion is disproportionate to the risks to the EU User’s privacy or if the rights of persons other than the EU User are or could be violated.

  • Customer agrees that it is solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity and legality of all EU User Data and UK User Data.

  • If there is any conflict between Clause 2.2 and the EU User Consent Policy, the EU User Consent Policy will apply in relation to End Users in the European Economic Area along with the UK.

  • Customer represents and warrants that: (i) Customer complies with all its obligations under the GDPR; (ii) Singlewire has the right to process, as applicable, all EU User Data and UK User Data for the purposes set forth in this Agreement; and (iii) Customer has provided all necessary notices to data subjects and obtained all necessary consents from data subjects to lawfully enable Singlewire’s processing.

  • Mosyle does not process EU Personal Data in a way that is incompatible with the purpose for which it was collected or subsequently authorized by an EU User.

  • Customer and its API client(s) will comply with the EU User Consent Policy (▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/about/company/user-consent-policy.html).

Related to EU User

  • data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Network User means a customer or a potential customer of a transmission system operator, and transmission system operators themselves in so far as it is necessary for them to carry out their functions in relation to transmission;
