Established goals definition
Established goals means the annual goals adopted from time to time by the commission resulting from a statistical analysis of utilization study conducted under IC 4-33-14-5(b) and IC 4-35-11-6(b).
Established goals means the performance goals and objectives established for any bonus measuring period by the Committee; provided, however, Executive will be given the opportunity to discuss the nature of the Established Goals with the Committee prior to the determination thereof by the Committee. For purposes of the Interim Bonus, the Established Goals shall be reasonable short-term management objectives (not including any revenue or financial goals). Any Interim Bonus is to be paid to Executive by January 31, 2005 and is subject to Executive's being on active working status with the Company at the time of payment. For purpose of this Agreement, "active working status" means that Executive has not resigned (or given written notice of his intentions to resign) or has not been terminated (or been given written notice of his termination).
