ESP/ISP definition

ESP/ISP means a provider of enhanced services (defined at 47 C.F.R. §64.702(a)) and/or information services (defined in the Act at Section 3(20)), and includes an Internet Service Provider, which is an entity that provides its customers the ability to obtain on-line information through the Internet.
