Equity Board definition

Equity Board means the Equity Board of PIMCO Advisors L.P. as it may ------------ from time to time be constituted under the PIMCO Advisors Partnership Agreement.
Equity Board means the Equity Board of the Partnership or any successor board established by the Partnership.
