For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties acknowledge and agree that it is possible for the First 5G Rev Share Date and the 5G ATG Network Launch Date to occur at the same time, if the 5G ATG Network Availability Date does not occur before the date that is [***]after the 5G ATG Equipment Availability Date.
