Enumeral Materials means any Proprietary Materials Controlled by Enumeral and used by Enumeral, or provided by Enumeral for use in the conduct of the Research Project or any Development Program.

  • Enumeral will have no rights to use or otherwise exploit MDACC Technology or MDACC Materials, and MDACC will have no rights to use or otherwise exploit Enumeral Technology or Enumeral Materials, in each case, except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.

Related to Enumeral Materials

  • Biological Materials means any material (including, without limitation, plants, animals, microbes or viruses) of biological origin which contains genetic information capable of reproduction and/or material derived from the same that is collected or produced through the Contract;

  • Manufacturing Materials means parts, tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, plans, drawings, and information produced or acquired, or rights acquired, specifically to fulfill obligations set forth herein.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.
