Entry Materials definition

Entry Materials means paper tickets, cards or activations of existing cards, print at home or email tickets, mobile tickets, electronic tickets, access cards and/or any other documents or items required for entry to the Ground for the relevant Match;
Entry Materials means the membership card(s) and/or electronic entry card(s) relating to the Facilities and provided to a Ticket Holder in order for such Ticket Holder to access their Facilities during the Season;
Entry Materials means paper tickets, access cards and any other documents required for entry to the Ground for the relevant Match;

  • You acknowledge that you have submitted your Entry Materials voluntarily and not in confidence or in trust.

  • In the event that Blizzard becomes aware that an Entrant who has not provided a waiver from a parent or guardian to participate is under the age of majority in their country of citizenship, Blizzard will delete, erase or destroy any and all personally identifiable information that is obtained from the Entry Materials.

  • You waive all claims of moral rights in any use of your Entry Materials pursuant to the rights granted in these Official Rules.

  • Only one set of Entry Materials may be submitted per entrant or Team, for Team Entries.

  • You acknowledge that no confidential, fiduciary, agency or other relationship or implied-in-fact contract now exists between you and LG NOVA or any Competition Partner, and that no such relationship is established by your submission of any Entry Materials.


More Definitions of Entry Materials

Entry Materials include: [1] all information and material submitted by you in connection with the Contest, including the entry information and all other forms, contracts or releases required to be submitted by you, whether required by Sponsor prior to or after entry; and [2] your name, likeness, image and biographical data as contained in or reflected by the entry.
Entry Materials means the digital/e-ticket entry card and/or other materials relating to the Facilities and provided to a Ticket Holder (or their Authorised Representative) in order for such Ticket Holder (or their Authorised Representative) to access the Facilities for the Match;

Related to Entry Materials

  • SAP Materials means any software, programs, tools, systems, data, or other materials made available by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) prior to or in the course of the performance under any part of this Agreement including, but not limited to, the other SAP Products.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.
