Entrusted securities means entrusted securities prescribed in Rule 2, Item
Entrusted securities means entrusted securities prescribed in Rule 2, Item 20 of the Regulations.
Related Securities means any options or warrants or other rights to acquire Shares or any securities exchangeable or exercisable for or convertible into Shares, or to acquire other securities or rights ultimately exchangeable or exercisable for, or convertible into, Shares.
Securities has the meaning stated in the first recital of this Indenture and more particularly means any Securities authenticated and delivered under this Indenture.
