Entitlement Document definition

Entitlement Document means the document signed by you and EnergySys in the form set out in Appendix 1, which evidences your subscription for the Service and which is incorporated into and governed by the terms of this Agreement;

  • The term of each Software subscription shall be set forth in the applicable Ordering Document, as further explained in the License Entitlement Document.

  • During the term of this Agreement, Seller shall use its good faith, diligent, commercially reasonable efforts to obtain Final Approval (as defined below) of each Required Entitlement Document.
