Entering Party definition

Entering Party shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(b).

  • Entering Party hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Proprietary Information is a valuable trade secret of Owner and that any unauthorized disclosure thereof could cause irreparable harm and loss to Owner.

  • During the course of the Activity and in connection with Entering Party’s presence in the Property it is anticipated that Owner will deliver or otherwise disclose to Entering Party or Entering Party shall observe certain confidential or proprietary information of Owner.
