Enquiry Form definition

Enquiry Form means the form completed by You enquiring about entry into the Nursery for Your Child.
Enquiry Form means the template form on which the Bidder should make requests to Ofgem for clarification on any aspect of the ITT Documentation, or for further information in relation to the Project, as set out at Appendix [F] of the ITT Documentation;
Enquiry Form means the enquiry form that you completed on seeking a booking of the Motorhome.

  • The Hirer can get in touch with RVHA by: • Completing either our online Booking Enquiry Form hosted by Hall Master.

  • The ‘sensitive’ and ‘non sensitive’ information collected on the MASH Enquiry Form will only be used by the MASH for the purposes of establishing whether a child or young person is suffering or is at risk of suffering harm and whether any serious criminal offences have been committed.

  • Bidders should carefully read the Terms & Conditions of the Tender Enquiry Form (TEF) prior to filling up this acceptance format .

  • Subject to clauses 20.8 and 21.2 and except as required by the GGP Agreement (in the case of the Owners only), and in any contracts in respect of which either party is a party as at the Date of Service Agreement neither party shall communicate or comment upon any details contained in the Service Agreement or disclosed in respect of any Enquiry Form or Order Form delivered under clause 6 of the Access Arrangement to third parties without the prior written consent of the other party.
