ENOR definition
ENOR means Entreprise Nationale de l'Or;
Intervenor means any person who, upon written petition, is permitted to intervene in a specific proceeding before the board.
Tenor means, with respect to a Note, the number of days from and including the Issue Date to but excluding the Maturity Date.
Incorporator means a person who signed the original articles of incorporation.
Officer means a person who is an officer of the Company within the meaning of Section 16 of the Exchange Act and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
Sibling means each of two (2) or more children having a parent in common by blood, adoption, marriage, or foster care.
