Engagement Start Date definition

Engagement Start Date means an agreed date between the Customer and Consultant as to when each Statement of Work (if applicable) is due to commence. This is agreed in the initial kick-off meeting for each Statement of Work.

  • Each License Month is defined as a period of time completely contained within the Engagement Period, starting on the same day number as the Engagement Start Date in a given calendar month and ending on the same day number minus one (1) in the following calendar month.
