Examples of Energy Forecast in a sentence

  • The lost output report shall identify the date, time, duration, cause and amount by which the Metered Energy was reduced below the Seller’s Energy Forecast due to: Maintenance Outages; Major Overhauls; CAISO or Transmission Provider-ordered curtailments; Force Majeure; or Forced Outages.

  • Seller must meet all of the following requirements specified below: Beginning the Wednesday prior to the planned Initial Operation of the Generating Facility, Seller will electronically provide PG&E with an Energy Forecast for the next calendar week, by no later than 5 PM Wednesday of the week preceding the week covered by the Energy Forecast.

  • No later than January 1st of each year during the Delivery Term, Generating Facilities 100 kW and greater will electronically provide MCE and the Scheduling Coordinator, if applicable, with an Energy Forecast for the next calendar year.

  • Rolling Forecast has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.
